BUSINESS ATTRACTION

Through partnerships with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation; the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce; the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce; CSX Transportation; DTE Energy; and Consumers Energy we are:

  • Working to provide an available, trained workforce by addressing employee housing, transportation, and training issues

  • Developing industrial sites and parks along the I-96/CSX corridor

  • Maintaining a strong marketing program for all Livingston County industrial parks and locations

  • Developing infrastructure for light industrial, office research and corporate headquarters sites
