Fred Dillingham Executive Director

Fred Dillingham accepted the position of Executive Director of the Livingston EDC in 1997. Prior to that, he served on the Michigan State Legislature for 16 years, developing an extensive background working with local units of government, business and industry.

Dillingham is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University. He is a lifelong resident of Livingston County.

As Executive Director, Dillingham provides administrative support for each program offered by the Livingston EDC, and personally handles business retention, expansion and attraction, as well as local government relations and general business/community development.

 

   
 

Becky Wilson  Administrative Program Specialist

Becky joined the Livingston EDC in 2006.  She assists the Executive Director in the creation and maintenance of quality economic development retention, expansion and attraction programs. Becky’s top priorities include meeting and exceeding business and community needs in the areas of job retention, business problem solving and economic development marketing.

 

   
   

Jennifer Balyeat  Administrative Assistant

Jennifer has been employed with the Livingston EDC since 2003. She manages the EDC office with a scope of responsibility that includes daily organizational operations, financial management, coordination of EDC program activities and maintenance of the EDC calendar.
