M-TEC is a joint partnership between the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Livingston County Workforce Development Council and MOTT Community College. The Livingston EDC is proud to have played a key role in its creation.  

The Livingston Regional M-TEC (Michigan Technical Education Center) opened its doors in October 2001. One of 18 centers located across Michigan, M-TEC is designed to meet the specific training needs of local business and industry. M-TEC training enhances the skills of the current workforce and high school graduates.

Classes cover everything from general to high-skilled manufacturing, to computers and construction.
